Returns & Exchanges
At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Request
Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Product
Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags attached and include the invoice inside the parcel.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 business days; ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment receipt from the courier.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
